A FREE QUERY SERVICE is available to all by The Leeds & Grenville Genealogical Society, and there are no limits to the number of Queries permitted.

Queries are printed in our News & Views Newsletter giving the address of the researcher looking for assistance.

They will be printed as space permits and as soon as possible after receiving.

Please type or write clearly. Write words in full for us to abbreviate to minimize errors.

The Newsletter is published 6 times per year. Our Editor, Myrtle Johnston, is always on the lookout for articles. Perhaps you would like to send one along...<myrtlejohnston@hotmail.com>

Published Queries

LEEDS & GRENVILLE BRANCH OGS RESEARCH POLICY

Throughout the year the branch receives hundreds of queries, requests for cemetery lookups, requests for assistance and requests for publications by various means of communication.

Our policy in the future shall be as follows:

QUERIES Will continue to be published in "News & Views" at no cost

CEMETERY LOOKUPS $2.00 for each stone looked up, paid in advance

REQUESTS FOR ASSISTANCE $20.00 per hour plus expenses (i.e. photocopies, etc.) $20.00 deposit required

REQUESTS FOR PUBLICATIONS cost of publication plus shipping & handling charges paid in advance
